About this Recipe

This triple red berry smoothie bowl made with strawberries, raspberries and goji berries is, bright, refreshing and packed with anti-oxidants.

Ingredients

1cup/250ml of filtered water
2My T Rooibos T Bags – Any flavour you would like to add but we recommend Vanilla or Chai for this recipe
2Tablespoons/14g of Goji berries
170ml coconut milk / 170g coconut milk yoghurt
1cup/70g frozen strawberries (can also use fresh if preferred)
3Tablespoons / 30g hemp seeds
Toppings (optional): Fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, hemp seeds, goji berries, banana and/or muesli

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Start the night before. Bring water to a simmer, remove from heat, and add CBD Rooibos T bags.
Step 2
Let steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Once the T has brewed, discard T bags and pour into heat-proof container.
Step 3
Add goji berries and refrigerate T overnight.
Step 4
Place T, goji berries, coconut milk/yogurt, frozen fruit and hemp seeds in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Step 5
Pour into bowls and top with fresh berries, additional hemp seeds or any other topping of your choice. Serve immediately.
