What is the recommended dose of My-T rooibos CBD tea?
While dosages will vary depending on your preferences, we recommend no more than 20mg (4 My-T bags) per day.

Can I use CBD products with my other medicine?
My-T products have a low dosage of CBD and are THC free (only 5mg per T-Bag). Should you be unsure, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before taking CBD products in conjunction with your prescribed medicine.
Is CBD harmful to children?
Although CBD is considered universally safe at the prescribed levels, it is not advisable for children to use CBD products as the safety and efficacy has not been tested.
Can I get ‘high’ from CBD products?
No, you cannot get ‘high’ from CBD products as they have been tested and are free from THC. THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid that can make one “high”, and CBD oil is free from these psychoactive properties.
Is it possible to overdose on CBD?
Although it is highly unlikely that overdosing on CBD would be fatal, we strongly advise following the recommended daily dosage on pack for best results.
Do I need a prescription to buy CBD products?
No. In South Africa CBD products have been classified as Schedule 0 Complementary Medicines, therefore no prescription is required.
