Brew a cup of My T CBD Rooibos using boiling water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes for a strong flavour. After steeping, strain the T and allow to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled T, olive oil, citrus juice, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
Taste the dressing and adjust the flavours according to your preference. Add more citrus juice for tanginess, honey or maple syrup for sweetness, or salt and pepper for seasoning.
Once the dressing is well mixed and seasoned to your liking, transfer it to a jar or airtight container.
Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavours to meld together.
Shake the dressing well before using it. Drizzle it over your favourite salad just before serving, or use it as a marinade for grilled vegetables or chicken.
This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. The flavours may intensify over time, so you can adjust the seasonings if needed before using it.
