About this Recipe

A healthy and delicious twist on classic granola, using freshly brewed Rooibos My T as a flavour base

Ingredients

3 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of slivered almonds
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of freshly brewed CBD Rooibos My T
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Optional add-ins: dried fruits, chocolate chips, chia seeds, etc.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, slivered almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, and Rooibos My T, over low heat, stirring occasionally until the coconut oil is melted.
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 6
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is coated evenly.
Step 7
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking it into chunks.
Step 9
Add any optional add-ins of your choice and store the granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Step 10
You can adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey according to your taste preference.
