Ingredients

1 cup of cooked rice
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup of snow peas
1/2 cup of green beans
1/2 cup of broccoli florets
2 Rooibos CBD My T bags
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Steep Rooibos CBD My T bags in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the T bags and set the T aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the sliced green onions, snow peas, green beans, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice to the skillet or wok and stir-fry for another minute or until the rice is heated through.
Step 6
Pour the brewed rooibos T over the stir-fry and stir in the soy sauce and honey. Toss everything together until the sauce coats the vegetables and rice.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
